Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive sales with The Home Depot, delivering tailored product solutions and exceptional customer service. The role blends field sales, merchandising, and brand marketing to grow market share across assigned stores.

You will use product knowledge, data insights, and relationship-building to execute promotions, resets, and displays while complying with safety protocols and company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must have a valid US driver's license for at least one year
• Must own a personal vehicle / reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel to assigned store locations and occasional meetings, including air travel
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a retail environment for long periods

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and customer service within The Home Depot, engaging customers to recommend tailored TTI solutions
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive engagement and increase sell-through
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives and promotions to raise awareness and drive sales
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising, product placement, and store objectives
• Develop a strong understanding of the retail marketplace, channels, and competitive landscape
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot team members to enhance in-store execution
