Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) invites you to join our Field Sales and Marketing team. As Field Sales Representative, you will drive growth with The Home Depot, delivering product solutions, demos, and in-store engagement to customers.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in merchandising, analytics with Power BI, and field marketing programs while advancing your career in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Position requires travel to/from assigned store locations as well as occasional travel for meetings, projects, events, etc.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets with best-in-class B2C sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and merchandising readiness; leverage data analytics through Power BI to drive decisions.
• Develop strong understanding of the retail marketplace, customer profiles, product applications, and channel dynamics.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members for in-store execution.
• Effectively manage inventory levels and report tasks promptly.
