Job summary

Techtronic Industries North America, Inc. is seeking an outgoing Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive Home Depot sales for premier power tool brands. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and tailor solutions while advancing brand awareness and in-store execution.

Required are 21+ years, US work eligibility, a valid US driver’s license, and willingness to travel and work nights/weekends as needed. A vehicle and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass drug screening and motor vehicle report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver's license for at least one year.
• Must have a personal vehicle and reliable transportation.
• Capable of travel to assigned store locations and occasional meetings or events.
• MS Office proficiency required.
• Multilingual abilities preferred in specific markets.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets with The Home Depot through best-in-class B2C sales and service.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support branding and promotional activities to boost awareness and sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and product availability via merchandising and store resets; use Power BI insights.
• Develop understanding of retail marketplace, customers, and competition.
• Participate in comprehensive training to operate independently in your market.
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot teams for ongoing partnerships.
• Manage inventory through down-stocking and timely reporting of tasks.
