Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is looking for a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive sales with major retailers nationwide. You will expand account presence, plan events, and build strong relationships with retail partners while applying product knowledge and market insights.

This role requires energy, strong communication, and willingness to travel to assigned store locations; MS Office proficiency is needed and Power BI is used to analyze performance data.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Willingness to travel to/from assigned store locations and occasional meetings/events.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store and door-to-door consumer sales and customer service with retail partners.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive engagement and sell-through.
• Support brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
• Leverage data analytics to drive merchandising decisions and maximize impact.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail partners to enhance in-store execution.
