Job summary

Techtronic Industries North America, Inc. seeks a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share within The Home Depot.

You will lead in-store execution, merchandising, and promotional activities while building strong partnerships with store teams and leveraging Power BI for data-driven decisions. The role requires travel to assigned stores, weekend work on a rotation, and a strong emphasis on customer engagement and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Multilingual abilities preferred in specific markets depending on business needs.
• MS Office proficiency is required.
• Valid US driver's license for at least one continuous full year in one state.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering B2C sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and drive sell-through.
• Leverage data analytics through Microsoft Power BI to drive decisions and maximize impact.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members to enhance in-store execution.
