Job summary

Techtronic Industries North America, Inc. is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive sales for premier product lines at The Home Depot nationwide. You will enhance your selling and account management skills while launching a rewarding career in a fast-paced company.

The role emphasizes in-store promotion, product demos, and strategic merchandising, with data-driven decisions using Power BI and strong customer relationships to maximize sell-through.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Position requires travel to/from assigned store location(s) as well as occasional travel for meetings, projects, events; air travel may be required.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in a retail environment for long hours.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Multilingual abilities preferred in specific markets depending on business needs.
• Relocation may be required for future promotional opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class Business to Consumer sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives and promotions to increase brand awareness.
• Drive decisions with data analytics through Power BI to maximize impact and optimize store merchandising.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members to enhance in-store execution.
