Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel to assigned store locations and occasional meetings.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets with best-in-class B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising, product placement, and store resets with data analytics.
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace, customer profiles, and competitive dynamics.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members to enhance in-store execution.
