Manage the strategic coverage of all on and off premise outlets in territory. Drive volume and profit growth in channel on an annual, monthly customer and brand basis. Develop team through delivery of territory key performance indicators. Create and deploy long term strategic vision with key local accounts.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead direct reports effectively by clearly communicating roles and responsibilities, expectations, and deliverables.
  2. Provide ongoing training and development of Sales Representatives/Associates through continued instruction during field work, market surveys, and team meetings.
  3. Ensure all tools are in place to support goal attainment.
  4. Implement succession planning and coaching within the team.
  5. Train, coach, and motivate team members to maximize impact in the market.
  6. Maintain strong relationships with customers.
  7. Assess the results of plans by channel, key account, and individual customer regularly.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and presentation software.
  • Results-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently or in teams, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Cross-functional experience (finance, operations, IT, project management).
Physical Requirements
