Job Responsibilities
- Lead direct reports effectively by clearly communicating roles and responsibilities, expectations, and deliverables.
- Provide ongoing training and development of Sales Representatives/Associates through continued instruction during field work, market surveys, and team meetings.
- Ensure all tools are in place to support goal attainment.
- Implement succession planning and coaching within the team.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to maximize impact in the market.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Assess the results of plans by channel, key account, and individual customer regularly.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of sales experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office and presentation software.
- Results-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently or in teams, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Supervisory experience.
- Cross-functional experience (finance, operations, IT, project management).
Physical Requirements
- Regularly stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands for operating a computer and phone.
- Frequent driving required.
- Extended walking and standing.
