Job summary

Truvista Fiber is seeking a highly motivated Manager, Door to Door Sales to lead our fiber internet sales team across South Carolina. This field-based leadership role recruits, trains, and supervises representatives, drives performance, and expands our customer base in designated territories.

You will travel across SC & GA, develop strategies to meet targets, monitor KPIs, and model best practices in the field.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or fiber internet.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a field sales environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel across SC and GA markets.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of door-to-door sales reps across SC & GA.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to hit targets.
• Monitor metrics, provide feedback, and drive performance.
• Provide field support, close deals, and model best practices.
• Assign territories, optimize coverage, and identify opportunities.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing development.
• Track KPIs and report progress to leadership.
• Ensure positive customer experience and handle escalations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws.
