Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow the sales team. This field-based, full-time role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders.

The position requires 3+ years in sales and 1+ year in sales management, with one-call close experience in exterior/interior remodeling. Benefits include medical, dental, vision after 30 days, and weekly payout of draw/commissions.
