Together, these two brands are leading bold new movements in beverage — and we’re looking for a Field Sales Manager based in Cincinnati, OH to represent us across Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky.
Position Overview:
As Field Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of Anomaly Beverages and Bottle Logic Brewing in your region, driving sell-through, expanding brand awareness, and building authentic, lasting relationships with key retail and on-premise accounts. This is a hands-on, field-driven role for a motivated sales pro who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and loves building things from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the go-to market representative for both Anomaly and Bottle Logic across OH, IN, and KY
- Open new accounts and grow sales with existing retail, on-premise, and chain partners
- Lead in-store visits, staff trainings, tastings, and brand activations to drive velocity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor reps and leadership
- Track and report on account performance, promo execution, and regional opportunities
- Ensure Anomaly brand compliance with state regulations for Delta-9 THC products
- Represent both brands at festivals, trade events, and regional industry gatherings
- Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing teams on launch strategies, campaigns, and regional initiatives
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of beverage, CPG, alcohol, or cannabis field sales experience
- Based in or willing to relocate to Cincinnati, OH with the ability to travel regularly throughout the territory
- Experience working with distributors and calling on both independent and chain accounts
- Outgoing, organized, self-motivated, and deeply brand-savvy
- Comfortable working independently in the field while staying connected to remote team
- Passion for craft beverage, functional products, and experiential marketing
- Must be able to work evenings/weekends for events as needed
