Canyon Creek Financial is hiring an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer to lead local, in-person business-to-business sales and mentor new agents. You will drive revenue while coaching teammates and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role is full-time, in-person, with occasional travel, and includes a weekly base draw, uncapped commissions, and licensing reimbursement. You’ll contribute to training programs and incentives while expanding your leadership footprint.
