Job summary

Meier Insurance Agency is seeking a Field Sales Consultant to drive growth in our sales territory. You will manage and expand our client base, lead by example, and mentor junior team members while executing our sales strategy.

Ideal candidates have a proven sales track record, strong communication skills, and a self-driven professional attitude. A Health & Life license or willingness to obtain one is required; licensing reimbursement is offered.

Qualifications

• Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license - licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience in outside sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand the client base within the designated territory.
• Lead by example and mentor junior sales team members.
