Qualifications

• Experience in a sales position, as a leader or trainer.
• Proven sales results (high or low ticket products).
• Evidence of leading and inspiring a team of sales reps.
• Character, appetite and attitude; ability to hit goals.
• College/university graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales team to meet quotas.
• Coach and mentor team members.
• Build relationships with homeowners and clients.
• Collaborate with Field Managers and training staff.
• Participate in ongoing training and enablement.
