Job summary

PMI U.S. offers an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 in the United States, delivering hands-on experience in field sales and commercial operations. You will ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze territory data, and contribute to growth initiatives across an assigned region.

The program runs June 7–August 13, 2027, with hybrid work options and opportunities to present findings to senior leaders. Earn $30.00/hour during the 10-week internship.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
