Job summary

PepsiCo is offering a Field Sales internship across multiple U.S. locations. You will gain hands-on experience leading a team of 8-10 sales representatives, and you could help drive a $10-15 million business while learning sales operations and route execution.

You will travel in your assigned territory, interact with store managers and PepsiCo teams, and be exposed to leadership and frontline operations. This internship runs 10–12 weeks in summer 2026, with potential full-time opportunities for

Qualifications

• This position requires indefinite right to work in the United States.
• Valid US driver’s license and reliable transportation for duration of internship.
• Bachelor’s degree expected between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028 (4+1 or 3+2).
• Minimum GPA 2.75.

Responsibilities

• Own a customer-facing project with measurable impact on sales performance.
• Learn and apply PepsiCo’s fact-based selling techniques to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate leadership to coach and influence frontline teams.
• Travel throughout your territory to engage store managers and teams.
• Support promotions, displays, and new product launches.
• Lead or support meetings with customers and sales reps.
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights for business outcomes.
