Philip Morris International U.S. is offering a 10-week Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 in the United States.

You will work in the Commercial organization, gaining hands-on field sales experience, analytics exposure, and the chance to build retailer relationships within an assigned territory. We seek enrolled bachelor's students with strong analytical and leadership abilities, capable of traveling locally and delivering data-driven insights to improve territory performance.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, or work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Interest in sales, consumer products, or commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Observe retail execution and customer engagement through ride-alongs.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities.
• Support territory reviews and develop improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations to business leaders at internship end.
