Job summary

Pest USA is a growing, family-owned pest and termite control company providing trusted service since 1971. We are seeking a motivated salesperson in Durham, NC to generate leads, contact homeowners, and close sales.

You will perform thorough inspections, identify pest issues, and recommend the right services, while meeting daily proposal and weekly close targets. Ideal candidates have a drive to learn, willingness to pass licensing exams, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be able to generate leads and close sales.
• Must conduct thorough property inspections and identify pest issues.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work with teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and contact homeowners in the assigned area.
• Close sales and meet monthly sales budget.
• Conduct inspections in attics, basements, and crawl spaces and recommend services.
• Collaborate with inside sales to market services to new homeowners, real estate agents, and builders.
• Complete 3–4 proposals per day and drive multiple weekly closes.
