QPS Employment Group in Kenosha, WI is hiring a Sales Executive to drive new business for staffing services. You will split time between field and office, building relationships with decision makers, and growing accounts through referrals, cold calls, and market research.

You will spend ~80% of your time in the field, manage full sales cycles, negotiate proposals, and coordinate with operations to align service delivery with client needs. ESOP company offering strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in staffing or related services.
• Proven success in new business development and territory-based selling.
• Strong consultative selling, prospecting, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns new client acquisition for staffing services within a defined geographic territory.
• Prospects through in-person drop-ins, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
• Identifies and qualifies target accounts across light industrial, manufacturing, skilled, distribution, logistics, and professional environments.
• Leads discovery conversations to understand prospect workforce challenges and hiring needs.
• Delivers sales presentations, proposals, and pricing aligned to customer needs.
• Manages full sales cycle from initial contact to close and handoff to operations.
• Maintains accurate prospect and customer records in CRM and builds a sales pipeline.
