Job summary

Spectrum Business is hiring an Account Executive to grow a small business client base in the field across data, phone, video and mobile services. You’ll conduct consultative needs analyses, guide prospects from first contact to final sale, and maintain detailed activity records using Spectrum tools.

With 2+ years in sales or telecom/technical industries, you’ll drive targets in a dynamic, field-based role while traveling in your assigned territory and leveraging a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or 2+ years of telecom or technical industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales by engaging small businesses within your assigned sales territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to identify and recommend Spectrum Business solutions.
• Achieve sales and product targets across data, phone, video and mobile services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and deals using required software and tools.
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and service.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay current with Spectrum’s products and strategies.
• Improve customer experience through proactive communication and support.
