I-care Reliability Inc. is seeking an Account Executive based at our Charlotte, NC office to develop and manage customer relationships across the US using data-driven, innovative solutions.

You will build a portfolio nationwide, identify opportunities with industrial clients, and translate customer challenges into I-care solutions while collaborating with engineering, operations and marketing teams. Travel will be 20–30% within the US.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management or business development.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to work independently in an international context.
• Interest in technology and industrial environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly (20–30%) within the US.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a customer portfolio across the US.
• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities with industrial clients.
• Understand customer business challenges and translate them into tailored I-care solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams (engineering, operations, marketing) and local sales colleagues.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure.
• Travel approximately 20–30% of your time across the US for customer visits, meetings and events.
• Contribute actively to international revenue growth and strategic sales objectives.
