Responsibilities

As a Field Sales Executive for Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting, you will drive profitable sales growth within an established account base of CPA firms. Reporting to the Divisional Manager, Field Sales, your responsibilities include:

  • Learn and understand the full line of Tax & Accounting products, including features, benefits, pricing, and value propositions, through training programs and self-study.
  • Implement and follow the prescribed sales process to meet sales quotas.
  • Manage assigned accounts, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and utilize Salesforce CRM for tracking activities.
  • Promote new accounts and develop existing customer relationships through prospecting, meetings, and presentations.
  • Contribute to product development by identifying client needs and working with Product Managers.
  • Increase TAA market share by engaging with target accounts and identifying business opportunities.
  • Plan and schedule sales activities efficiently, collaborating with colleagues and managing conflicts.
  • Develop an annual business plan, forecast, and participate in regular sales meetings and reporting.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or related field, or 6+ years of relevant sales experience.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B sales, with experience in software/SaaS, meeting/exceeding quotas, developing business plans, and proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce.

Skills & Abilities: Consultative sales approach, ability to work independently within a matrix organization, prior awards, formal sales training, and flexibility in work schedule.

Travel

Up to 30% annually for client visits, events, and trade shows.

Compensation

Target salary range for CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $95,560 - $133,750
