Job summary

Penn Jersey Diesel & Trailer is seeking an Outside Sales Estimator based in the Bensalem, PA area to expand the footprint of our diesel and trailer services. This field-based role owns the full cycle of business development, prospecting new fleet, insurance, and dealer accounts, performing on-site damage assessments, and closing work into the shop.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to prepare detailed, accurate repair estimates and negotiate scopes with fleet customers and insurance adjusters.
• Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck/trailer construction and repair scopes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to senior contacts.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a territory-based role.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new fleet, owner-operator, dealer, and insurance-partner accounts within the territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with fleet managers, maintenance directors, insurance adjusters, and dealer teams.
• Grow revenue within existing accounts through follow-up, service reviews, and proactive planning.
• Represent Penn Jersey Diesel & Trailer at industry events and networking opportunities.
