Job summary

Penn Jersey Diesel & Trailer is seeking an Outside Sales Estimator in the Bensalem, PA area to drive revenue across body shop, paint, and mechanical services. This field-based role requires traveling to build long‑term fleet relationships and to perform on‑site damage assessments.

The estimator prepares complete repair estimates, negotiates with insurers, and closes work into the shop, with accountability for monthly revenue targets and accurate forecasting. Travel is a core aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Prepare detailed, accurate repair estimates and negotiate scopes with fleet customers and insurers.
• Knowledge of heavy‑duty truck and trailer construction, including body panels, doors, refrigeration units, chassis components, and mechanical systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior contacts and negotiating.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to work autonomously in a territory-based role.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR for company vehicle use.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop new fleet, owner‑operator, dealer, and insurer accounts within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with fleet managers, maintenance directors, insurers, and dealer service teams.
• Grow revenue within existing accounts through follow-up, service reviews, and proactive planning.
• Represent Penn Jersey Diesel & Trailer at industry events and networking opportunities.
