Job summary

Moss-Kelley, Inc., a UFT company, is seeking a Sales Technician to act as the field presence across Florida. You will build relationships with municipal water and wastewater plant personnel, document installed equipment, and identify new sales opportunities to broaden Moss Kelley’s market reach.

The role requires travel up to 25% within the territory, strong communication, and ability to work independently in a field-based environment. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, a technical field, or a related discipline preferred.
• Experience in water/wastewater, industrial sales, field service, technical support, or related industry required.
• Familiarity with municipal water/wastewater treatment plants or process equipment is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with plant operators, superintendents, and operations managers.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with municipal water and wastewater plant personnel.
• Document installed equipment and site conditions; collect contact information.
• Identify new sales opportunities and report promptly to the Sales Director.
• Support field technicians dispatched by Moss Kelley manufacturers for diagnostics or equipment repair visits.
• Attend pre-bid meetings as assigned.
