Job summary

Weatherford is seeking a Field Sales Representative to build deep product and operational knowledge and proactively sell tools, technologies and services within the Segment portfolio. You will typically engage at customer locations, rig sites, warehouses or workshops to advance Weatherford solutions and cross-sell where opportunities arise.

The role emphasizes managing the field sales lifecycle, advising clients on product fit, and coordinating with internal resources to resolve service issues

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry technical or operational experience.
• 6+ years of sales experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to quickly gain knowledge of Weatherford products and services.

Responsibilities

• Own the field sales lifecycle from lead generation to close and post-sale follow-up.
• Advise clients on whether Weatherford products meet their needs and provide technical input.
• Engage with customers at rigs, sites, warehouses and workshops to ensure expectations are met.
• Develop and present client proposals, pitches, bids and tender submissions.
• Collaborate with internal resources to resolve service quality issues and mitigate risk to the client.
• Communicate competitive information and market feedback to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in formulating sales strategies and annual budgets with the Technical Sales Manager.
