Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission-based outside sales experience is preferred.
• Proven success in meeting sales targets and upselling customers.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive a company vehicle for official business.

Responsibilities

• Engage warm prospects from scheduled appointments and conduct in-home demos.
• Close deals through hands-on demonstrations, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery.
• Maintain client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while representing AT&T with professionalism.
