Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to bring customized, white glove experiences directly in customers' homes. You’ll work independently, schedule appointments, demonstrate products, and close deals with hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and service delivery.

Earn a competitive base with uncapped commissions; sign-on bonus of 5,000. Starting salaries range from about $62,900 to $100,000 depending on geography, experience and performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as a company vehicle is provided for official use.

Responsibilities

• Attend paid training and learn to work independently in the field.
• Connect with customers daily through scheduled appointments.
• Use negotiation and communication skills to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
