Lookout Pest Control is hiring a driven Sales Consultant to grow our Charleston market with a strong base salary and uncapped commission, offering a clear path to $100K+ for high performers.

This field-based role lets you control your schedule, inspect properties, close warm leads, and build relationships with homeowners, property managers, HOAs, and local businesses while earning substantial commissions.

Qualifikationen

• Sales experience with measurable KPIs (required)
• Confident closing in person
• Self-motivation and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in the field and inspect properties (including crawl spaces)

Aufgaben

• Close warm inbound leads (INB)
• Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, networking, and partnerships
• Conduct property inspections and present customized solutions
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, HOAs, and local businesses
• Partner with technicians and inside sales to maximize opportunities
• Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets
• This is a field-based role, you’ll control your schedule, manage your pipeline, and drive your results.
