Job summary

Resource Label Group is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant who will drive growth by building key customer relationships and identifying new opportunities. You will travel within Utah and surrounding Mountain states, negotiate deals, and manage accounts from prospecting to close, with base salary plus commission reflecting performance.

Success relies on understanding customer needs, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining up-to-date CRM activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of professional experience in selling within printing, packaging or folding cartons.
• Experience in vertical markets (wine, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, personal care and household products).
• Thorough knowledge of printing; Prime label and/or flexible packaging experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to resolve problems.
• Willingness to travel within a local market; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business through strategic prospecting.
• Develop tactical plans to maintain and expand services with existing and assigned accounts.
• Proactively identify new customers and new project opportunities.
• Act as a liaison between customer and organization throughout the sales and production process.
• Establish high-level relationships and gain a clear understanding of customers' business and requirements.
• Provide regular reporting to management on customer and industry trends, challenges, etc.
• Update and maintain sales activity, as well as customer and prospect information within Salesforce CRM.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to answer questions and provide information regarding new products, capabilities, and services.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Forecast and meet monthly and annual sales targets.
