Job summary

Curate seeks a Field Sales Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor to restaurants, convention centers, schools, hospitals in the Phoenix, AZ territory. This Outside Sales role focuses on designing and delivering tailored food equipment solutions through dealers and distributors.

You will build relationships, assess client needs, present proposals, and drive sales while expanding Curate's presence in this vital market. A background in food service equipment and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in food service equipment or related fields.
• Ability to read and interpret design layouts, equipment plans, or architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of millwork, construction, or stainless-steel fabrication.
• Basic understanding of refrigeration and hot holding equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients in the foodservice and educational sectors.
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers while proactively developing new business opportunities in the territory.
• Provide consultation on design, layout, and product application; conduct in-person and virtual presentations.
• Collaborate with clients to assess needs and recommend equipment solutions.
• Prepare customized proposals and quotes; work with distributors to develop new accounts.
• Attend industry events and network to promote offerings.
• Utilize CRM to track sales activities and report progress.
• Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
