Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a Field Sales Community Launch Manager to join the Neighborhoods team in NYC on a 6-month W2 contract. You will be the face of an early-stage local rewards initiative, spending your days in the community building relationships with independent business owners and helping them thrive through a program that boosts customer discovery, loyalty, and visits.

The role is field-based, with Mon–Thu in-market visits and Fridays for desk work, reporting, and planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–7+ years in a customer-facing or field-based role (merchant success, hospitality, retail, etc.).
• Willingness to travel locally within ~100 miles, Monday–Thursday.
• Experience leading trainings or workshops for customers.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-the-ground representative for the Neighborhoods program in your assigned city.
• Lead field launch lifecycle from pre-launch to activation with store staff.
• Conduct in-store trainings to onboard merchants to the platform.
• Monitor merchant engagement and drive adoption of the program.
• Organize workshops and events to build a local merchant network.
• Capture merchant feedback and report insights to product/ops/go-to-market teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enable city launches and scale to new markets.
• Create playbooks and training materials to support future rollouts.
• Support account managers and resolve obstacles to deliver an outstanding merchant experience.
