Dent Mechanic Group in the Dallas-Fort Worth area is seeking a Service Coordinator for door-to-door sales. You will build a daily pipeline, knock doors during prime hours, and guide clients through a documented process to close deals.

This commission-heavy role offers base pay with uncapped earning potential. You’ll own your pipeline, stay autonomous in the field, and coordinate claims through to repair scheduling with support as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline daily.
• Comfort with face-to-face interactions and field work.
• Strong communication and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and prioritize daily pipeline using lead tools.
• Door-knock 25–30 doors per day, five days a week.
• Overcome skepticism and guide clients through the process.
• Manage client relationship from first contact to repair scheduling.
