Job summary

TTI (Techtronic Industries) is seeking a self-motivated sales representative to drive non-exempt, field-based account sales across The Home Depot stores nationwide in the United States. You will champion product solutions, execute demos, and ensure strong in-store execution.

You will work with store teams, plan promotions, analyze sales data, and contribute to end-to-end merchandising. The role requires travel, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift and move tools.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Willing to travel to/ from assigned store locations and occasional meetings.
• Relocation may be required for future opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store and consumer-facing product demos.
• Plan and execute promotional events and store walks.
• Develop strong relationships with Home Depot team members.
• Utilize data analytics (Power BI) to drive decisions.
• Maintain inventory and report tasks promptly.
