Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in California is seeking a Field-based Sales Representative to support our beverage accounts in the Lodi and Galt territory. This full-time role starts early with a Mon-Fri schedule and offers a base pay of $25/hour plus sales incentives, overtime eligibility, and mileage reimbursement.

The position focuses on achieving monthly sales goals, executing promotions at retail, maintaining inventory, and building strong account relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0–2 years related experience or HS diploma with 3–5+ years experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have reliable auto transportation.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance as required by company/state law.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within monthly objectives and acquire new business.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, coordinate displays and promotions.
• Maintain inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years related experience

High School Diploma/GED with 3 to 5+ years specific experience
