Job summary

DynaGrid Construction Group in Texas is seeking a Training Specialist (Utility Construction) to develop and deliver field-based safety and operational training across our utility projects. You will be the hands-on leader, visiting jobsites, coaching foremen and crews, and coordinating OSHA and client-specific trainings to ensure compliance and safe, efficient work.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering classroom and field-based training.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and utility safety practices.
• Ability to travel extensively to jobsites.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on safety and operational training to field employees.
• Coordinate new hire safety orientation and OSHA-required training.
• Visit jobsites to observe practices and coach crews.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance docs.
• Support apprenticeship and workforce development initiatives.
• Assist with audits and regulatory compliance reviews.
