Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and strong safety program knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 50–70% field presence to support crews and reinforce safe work practices.
• Provide practical safety guidance and develop control measures.
• Lead incident and near-miss investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct site inspections and safety audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coach frontline crews and conduct safety meetings and trainings.
