Job summary

Redbud Partners LLC is seeking a Safety Specialist to implement and enforce safety programs at construction sites in remote locations. You will conduct morning safety meetings, maintain JSAs, analyze incident data, and address safety issues.

Requires 1-3 years in manufacturing or construction safety, ability to travel, full-time hours Monday-Saturday 7am-5pm or 8am-6pm, and compliance with regulations. No supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or construction safety roles.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Conducting morning safety meetings.
• Maintains accurate JSAs and current records in accordance with guidelines.
• Analyzes incident reports, metrics, and injury case studies in order to institute changes that lead to a safer environment.
• Correct any and all safety issues and/or violations.
• Advises the company’s administrative team on safety issues and compliance in specific projects and operations.
• Provides Safety training for employees on policies, regulation, and procedures.
• Directs monthly safety meetings.
