AECOM is seeking a Safety, Health, and Environment Field Specialist to provide on-the-ground support for Oil & Gas and Remediation projects. This role focuses on ensuring safe field execution through real-time observation, site engagement, and incident response.

You will serve as the eyes and ears on project sites, helping to identify hazards and mitigate risks, conduct site visits, and support a strong safety culture across active operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 4+ years of experience in field safety, health, or environment on Oil & Gas/remediation projects.
• Must pass client background and drug & alcohol screening.

Responsabilités

• Act as on-site safety representative with continuous field-level oversight.
• Conduct routine and unscheduled site visits to monitor safety compliance.
• Identify hazards and work with field teams to implement corrective actions.
• Assist in incident investigations including root cause analysis and documentation.
• Perform Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR) to ensure readiness.
• Support safety audits, inspections, and regulatory checks.
• Communicate safety expectations and reinforce best practices with field personnel.
