Professional Teleconcepts, LLC (IL) is seeking a Safety Specialist to promote a culture of safety through field engagement, compliance monitoring, and training across locations. The role requires conducting safety audits, coaching teams, leading toolbox talks, and supporting investigations, with travel to multiple sites to maintain regional safety presence.

Qualifications include OSHA 30, 3–5 years in field or utility safety, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• To be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in field safety or utility safety oversight.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state safety regulations.
• Valid driver’s license; must travel to various job sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety audits and observe field activities.
• Coach teams on proper safety techniques and procedures.
• Lead toolbox talks and site-specific training.
• Support root cause investigations of incidents.
• Ensure crews are in compliance with PPE and job-specific hazards.
• Document observations and report non-compliance.
• Monitor usage of equipment and safety tools.
• Coordinate with supervisors to improve safety performance.
• Provide input on policy updates based on observations.
• Travel between sites to maintain regional safety presence.
