Job summary

347 Group, Inc. seeks a Safety Professional to coordinate day-to-day field safety for underground civil construction in the Los Angeles County area. The role serves as the safety point of contact for owners and subcontractors, supporting risk management and safety program compliance.

Requirements include OSHA 30, 3–4 years of safety experience in underground construction, a safety/industrial hygiene degree, and a clean driving record. CDL class A preferred. Excellent benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene or related discipline.
• 3–4 years of safety experience in underground construction.
• OSHA 30 required.
• Valid Driver License; Class A CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Safety Director in risk management and training.
• Administer and manage compliance with the company safety program and incident prevention efforts.
• Perform and document job site inspections and audits.
• Ensure subcontractor safety compliance and manage site safety documentation.
• Participate in safety pre-construction meetings and safety meetings.
• Analyze loss data, develop trend analyses and summarize injuries.
• Travel throughout the Los Angeles County area.
