Medcor Safety is seeking a Construction Safety Professional for a data center project in Castroville, Texas. This full-time, field-based role focuses on dirt work and underground utilities, working with crews and site leadership to maintain safety and OSHA compliance.

The position requires 5+ years of construction safety experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and strong communication skills. Per diem is available; the project is anticipated to last 9–12 months with 50–60 hours per week on a W2

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards.
• Experience conducting jobsite inspections and safety audits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active field presence with crews and project leadership.
• Identify hazards and work with field personnel to mitigate risk.
• Conduct jobsite safety inspections and audits.
• Observe unsafe conditions and reinforce safe practices.
• Develop and implement Site-Specific Safety Plans.
• Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Assist with incident documentation and safety briefs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and project safety requirements.
