Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Safety or related field with 5+ years of construction experience.
• 10+ years of construction safety experience and OSHA 500 Certification.
• CHST Certification with 5+ years of construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily safety oversight for HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical construction activities.
• Conduct toolbox talks and support daily safety communications.
• Assist with Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Pre-Task Plans (PTPs), and work planning activities.
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, observations, and hazard assessments.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements.
• Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate corrective actions.
• Provide field coaching and reinforce safe work practices with craft personnel.
• Coordinate safety activities with project management, supervision, and subcontractors.
• Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
• Maintain required safety documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports.
