Job summary

Exodigo is seeking a hands-on Safety Manager to lead safety across growing US field operations. You will own the development and execution of the field safety program, supporting employees and field partners across regions, with time in the field coaching crews and building scalable safety standards, training, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead field safety standards and embed them into daily operations.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits across US projects.
• Review project risks and help develop site-specific safety plans and JSAs.
• Address live traffic, roadside work, and other hazards with clear controls.
• Lead safety onboarding, toolbox talks, and coaching for teams and partners.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions and lessons learned.
