The role emphasizes collaboration with field teams, owners, managers, and subcontractors to implement corrective actions and promote best safety practices across projects. The candidate should have hands-on safety management experience, OSHA knowledge, and the ability to deliver training, perform inspections, and manage safety-related reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in construction safety or related field.
• Strong field construction background.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply regulations effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups including management, field staff, subcontractors, and GCs.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety compliance per company policy, OSHA regulations, and client safety requirements.
• Lead training and documentation, conduct site inspections, identify hazards, and implement corrective measures.
• Foster safety culture and collaborate with owners, managers, and subcontractors on best practices.
• Complete safety-related permitting and support return-to-work processes.
• Investigate accidents and near misses, including root cause analysis.
