Responsibilities

Serve as on-site Safety Officer for assigned projects.
Monitor and inspect job sites for health and safety compliance.
Implement safety policies onsite and discuss issues with PM, contractor, and safety professionals.
Provide health and safety training to all employees onsite.
Establish and manage a jobsite safety culture per Gray’s program.
Assist onboarding and mentoring of new site safety team members.
Review contractor site safety programs and ensure compliance.
Mentor contractors to comply with Gray guidelines.
Maintain safety records and develop site safety and emergency plans.
Resolve workforce complaints and supervise safety activities.
Other duties as assigned.
