Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking a Site Safety Engineer to join the Field Operations Team on field/project sites nationwide, with travel to various project locations. You will enforce safety regulations, maintain site safety records, and conduct daily safety meetings and training for crew members to ensure compliance with Gray’s safety program.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of related experience, OSHA 30 Hour certification, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• OSHA 30 Hour card.
• Experience in an industrial construction environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety equipment/clothing as required by OSHA and company safety regulations.
• Maintain safety records and ensure compliance on site.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and jobsite training.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports.
• Assist Site Manager and subcontractors on safety compliance.
• Communicate, implement, and enforce Gray’s safety program on site.
