Job summary

The GOR Group is seeking an EHS Specialist for a large-scale data center construction project. This field-based role focuses on hazard identification, site safety, training, and implementation of safety programs in alignment with OSHA regulations.

You will conduct inspections, maintain safety records, support corrective actions, and work with site leadership to foster safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or BCSP certification required or equivalent.
• 2+ years of construction safety experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Implement site safety policies and procedures per OSHA regulations.
• Deliver safety orientations and training for employees and partners.
• Inspect work areas, identify hazards, and verify corrective actions.
• Maintain records for audits, inspections, and safety analyses.
• Participate in accident investigations and document findings.
• Communicate safety expectations and support field teams in daily work.
• Support other site EHS activities as project needs evolve.
