Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive safety/EHS experience in heavy industrial settings.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Experience with incident investigations, audits, training and corrective action.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve company safety and compliance programs.
• Inspect worksites and perform field audits to identify hazards.
• Coordinate safety planning for construction, crane operations and maintenance.
• Review JHAs/JSA's, permits, lift plans and safety requirements.
• Lead safety training and maintain accurate safety documentation.
