Job summary

GrayWolf Integrated Construction Company seeks a Site Safety Supervisor/Manager to lead the on-site HSE function, creating a safe and productive culture while reducing injuries and losses. The role emphasizes field leadership, safety plan implementation, and collaboration with project leadership.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of construction safety management, OSHA 30+, and be flexible to operate both in office and field settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of construction safety program management experience.
• OSHA 30 or higher.
• BA/BS preferred.
• CHST preferred (or ability to obtain within one year).
• Experience with O365 – SharePoint, Teams, Excel and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site safety function and work 75% in the field.
• Write, organize and implement site safety plans.
• Review JSAs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain site-specific safety and environmental plans with the Production Manager.
• Coordinate and present safety trainings (New Hire, Fall Protection, Confined Space, Lockout/Tagout, Respiratory).
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis with corrective actions.
